If I force stop an app does this mean that the app is disabled?

Hello everybody I would be very grateful if you could answer my questions.

1- If the app has as a permission : Read and send text messages (SMS or MMS). Does it include whatsapp and viber messages ?

2 - If I force stop an app, does it mean that the app's permissions are also disabled ?

No, only SMS and MMS.

No, the permissions are written into the code. It's like stopping a car doesn't prevent it from having a license plate. It prevents the app from using those permissions (or doing anything else) until it runs again.
