Hey I have a galaxy s 3 with some battery drain issues, so I reset it to factory mode but it

comes up with
wiping data...

formatting / cache...

Data wipe failed.
---Appling Multi-CSC...
E:failed to mount /system (Invalid argument)
can't mount '/system
and on and on it goes

How do I fix this?

Is the battery so bad that it may be causing that? You've got the phone connected to the charger?
