Why does my phone keep saying that the SD card has been unexpectedly removed?

Keeps Saying SD Card Unexpectly Removed

I have already taken out the card and restarted the phone, reinserted the card and still says the same thing. I am not sure what to do

That happened to me when my Kingston card was failing. Try to save all to a pc before reformatting. It won't last. Try to replace the card with a SanDisk or Samsung, or use internal storage.
