Why an I not able to access wifi since updating to Lollipop?

Wifi issues after Lollipop update

Today, I updated my Galaxy s5 to lollipop firmware and since then, I am not able to any wi-fi. I followed several tips I found online such as cache wipe, forget network and connect again but none of it helped. I would hate to do factory reset. Does anyone have any advice that might be helpful?
