Can my SG 4 be fixed?

can it be fixed sg4

i have a samsung galaxy s4 sgh-1337 at&t and i tried to install a custom rom and when i rebooted my phone it says samsung then under it shows a unlocked lock icon thats says custom but it never goes past that screen any help please

Did you make a backup in custom recovery?

If not, you'll need to go back to stock S4 firmware for your specific S4 using Odin on a PC. There's a guide on XDA developers with detailed instructions.
