Should I replace my screen?

I cant touch my screen

i drop my phone and the screen is cracked but not bad at all and it turns on and shows everything everything is working but i cant touch it nothing will happen i cant even turn it off because the power off button on the screen i cant touch please help i have a nexus 4 lollipop version please help

I think the only help we can give is to advise you to have it repaired. I don't think there's anything you can do yourself to get it working, without the need for a repair.
