Why is my MX2 Android box saying it isn't rooted?

My mx2 android box isn't rooted

Can you help me to find a solution for this problem.
I have downloaded dropbox and root explorer and trying to get the wifi back working but it's saying my box isn't rooted?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but I'm not sure how those issues are related. First, if you never rooted your device, it isn't rooted. Which Root Explorer app did you install? As the name implies, it most likely requires the device to be rooted in order to function (or at least, to fully function). What does Dropbox have to do with your issue?
