Unfortunately Settings has stopped

On my lgms323..i am trying to get into my security settings to enable the installation of 3Rd party apps, but everytime i try to open anything in my settings, it force closes, i have factory reseted and ran in safe mode as well and this had not solved the problem...according to numerous security apps, my phone is malware/virus free, i am.also on the latest update, this really sucks..please help!

Welcome to Android Central! That would suggest that the firmware is corrupted somehow. On a Nexus, I'd suggest flashing the factory image again, but I'm not sure if that's possible with your phone. You'd have to search for "LG MS323 root flash stock ROM," and hope you find something.
