My Cubot X6 screen is black with bandsm how can I fix this?

Cubot x6 screnn black whith bands!!! Please help!!!!!

I bought atoday a Cubot x6 and when e try to turn on doesnt recognice none sim card and said that was one error in process.android... I done a factory reset and nothing... tryed to make a factory reset and nothing happened thenfor i installed the 4.4 kitkat rom and the screen turn whith vertical lines only!!!! Now i cant enter in the recovery and cant install a new rom cause i cant seee nothing in the screen... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds defective. Since you just bought it, return it for an exchange or refund. Unless you bought it used from someone--if so, I hope you actually tested it out before paying the seller ...
