Dropped tablet, can I see its display on my laptop?

A

AC Question

Well, it's been over an year since I dropped my tablet but I decided (now that I got more $$$) that I'm going to fix it or get a new one. I had it in my backpack and slipped on some ice and broke the screen and lcd, and can't see anything. So I'm was curious if there is a way to display my tablets screen on my laptop or tv? It is an Asus TF201.
Please help

Welcome to Android Central! It has a microHDMI output, so you can connect it to a TV or monitor using a microHDMI to standard HDMI cable. Since the screen probably won't register any touches, the interface might be difficult. Ordinarily, I would suggest connecting a USB mouse via an OTG adapter in the microUSB port, but it looks like the TF201 doesn't have a microUSB port. In that case, the only other solution I can think of would be to find the Asus keyboard dock designed for the tablet.
