i bought unlocked Samsung Note 4 model no. SM-N910F i try to used in Egypt it was working very good then i did factory reset , after that it doesn't working for call or receive calls and no text message

Then something went wrong. A factory reset doesn't re-SIM-lock the phone. If you were using a European SIM, then changed to an Egyptian SIM, and the phone is region-locked, it won't work unless you region-unlock it. (See Chainfire's thread for information and a link to the apk.)
