Galaxy Mega call problems

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 AT&T. Will not send or receive calls. Reads the SIM fine, sends and receives text messages fine. Airplane mode is not on. I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you ask AT&T for their input?

I haven't yet. The AT&Tstore where I live is useless.

Probably more effective to call AT&T and ask to speak to their tech support. The people at the stores are usually not as tech-inclined, since they're sales.
