How do I get list view back on my device?

Upgraded to Android 5.0 today. When I opened my Apps they were separated into 4 windows in alphabetical order. I normally had them organized in a list view instead. It made navigation much easier for me. I can no longer figure out how to do this, and have scoured the menus for options.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If you don't have the option to go back to that format, then you might consider installing an alternative launcher like Nova.
