Why do my calls drop when I use 4G?

[AC Question]

My Handset: Huawei honor 4X
My service provider: Airtel
City: Bangalore, India

Problem: When I switch on 4G 2 things happen:
1. Sometimes the signal is good, but many callers tell me that their call to my cellphone does not get connected. I don't get missed call message either. However, I can make calls without any problems.
2. Sometimes the signal is poor and I cannot make calls at all.

Any help is appreciated.
