lost my notesin "S Memo"

[AC Question]

I had to take my phone in for service and the Verizon tech said he would need to take all my files off and reload them again he did only the photos and contacts not my S Memo notes that are very important to me. can you help. Oh I thought my notes were back up but they are telling they were not. I still can't believe they can't be recovered.

Have you tried Accounts - Samsung - check S-Memo and turn Master Sync on.
The only other place they save to is if you sync or backup to Samsung Kies on a pc.
