What are the requirements for an android to support the application Waze?

I'm buying some smartphones for the company's drivers but it has to support the application Waze. So if there are requirements for example must use Android Jelly Bean, min RAM 1GB, processor QuadCore, etc, I would like to know. Therefore I would know what kind of specifications the smartphones should have. Thank you.

The only requirement for Waze is that your phone has, at least, android 2.2. That means that almost any new phone will be enough. You just have to decide what other things you want to do with that phone. Any low specs phone, like the Moto E, will do the job.
