My Samsung Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 turned off and WILL NOT TURN BACK ON

I was on Amazon purchasing something and the screen went black. Plugged it in to the charger but still nothing. Yesterday took it to the Verizon store and there's nothing they can do. That just doesn't make since. Can you help in any way?

Try long-pressing Power and Volume Up+Down for a minute or so.
