Help! My power button stopped working.

Not completely but partially, it will not turn off, but it will turn on and with the power off menu. When i can turn it off ( rarely ) it is delayed and turns off quickly then right back on. Before you ask, i did try the reset, even factory reset, im thinking it is some update to something but i have no idea i do know that it started when i tried to take a screenshot. It is a Droid Razr M XT907, if anyone can help that would be amazing thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! The power button itself might have become damaged when you were pressing it for the screenshot. Something like that would have to be looked at by a technician, unless you're really good at taking phones apart and replacing parts.
