I copy all contents from my Galaxy S3 into my computer. Where are my contacts?

I copy all contents from my Galaxy S3 into my computer (card and phone). Then I reset my phone Where are my contacts?

After I reset the phone (which was getting frozen) only some old contacts were displayed. How I put them back? Aren't they saved in my computer?

Contacts are saved in a database you can't save to your computer. Your Google contacts are at Google Contacts, Phone or Device contacts are wiped.
