I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace-4 Lite and as soon as I make a call the screen says 'double tap to unlock screen.' I do that but it happens again every two seconds, how do I turn that off?

Thanks - rev

Welcome to Android Central! When you place a call and put the phone up to your ear, does the screen go blank, or does it stay on? If it goes blank, then when you take it away from your ear, does it still ask you to double tap to unlock?

By the way, steps are here to wipe the cache, except make sure to select Wipe Cache Partition, instead of Wipe Data/Factory Reset. When it's done, select Reboot System Now.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, the screen goes blank.

Yes, unless the call has ended, in that case the screen comes back on.

I suppose it's function is to prevent you accidentally pressing something but I find it annoying :)
