WiFi resetting itself

[AC Question]

I've had my Verizon G4 for about a month now, and in the last week or so, it's started to have some serious WiFi issues. It will just randomly disconnect and turn itself off. When I try to turn it back on, the icon will start flashing, like it's going on and off over and over again. Sometimes it will stop after a few minutes, sometimes I have to just restart my phone. I just did a factory reset and they same thing just started happening.

This has happened to me on my home WiFi network with two different routers, a secure network at work, and on public WiFi networks.

Does anybody have any ideas?
