Does this phone support this provider??

[AC Question]

My phone is the HTC One M7 and my service provider is Consumer Cellular. While my calling and texting is perfectly fine, data does not work. I have tried turning on mobile data, turning on data roaming, and turning both of them on at the same time. Nothing works. When I go to settings and turn on mobile data, it loads as if it is connecting, and then under it, it says "disconnected", while the mobile data is turned on. If someone knew my problem and replied, that would be magical. Thanks!
