How can I fix my screen?

My G3 had grey lines show up on all of the white areas, i.e. Google search bar and the numbers for the time, then the bottom half of the screen started to move up as if the screen was rolling over.. the status bar showed at the top and at the bottom of the screen. After that the screen started to flicker so I turned it off and then back on. When it came back on the screen was black but the back and menu button still lit up. It vibrates and I can also hear the sounds of screen being touched but can't see anything. The phone is less than 6 months old and I would like to fix it on my own if possible.

Is there any screen damage? Also, do you know if the device has been exposed to water or moisture?

If not, then it could be still covered under warranty. I'd suggest contacting LG for a fix and/or replacement.
