Why I lose money while restarting my mobile????

I use a Micromax android A1 mobile. OS- Lollipop version. Whenever i switchoff my mobile and restart it, i get some consecutive messages stating "Last SMS cost Rs.1.00" and shows my current balance. I am keep on losing money when i try to restart my mobile. It is so weird....Can anyone explain this?

There could be some security setting sending that sms in the background. You'll need to contact your network for assistance.
