Why don't I have data while on 4G with Verizon's Galaxy S5 on T-Mobile network?

No data while on 4G with Verizon's Galaxy S5 on Tmobile network

Hi,

I dont have an access to the data while I am on the phone in the 4G area. But if I move to H+ or H area then I can use them both at the same time. I am sure there should be a solution to this but I am still struggling to find one. Please share if you are familiar with such problem. Thank you in advance.

Since the phone has band 4, check with your local TMobile store and see if they've switched to band 2 or 25 in your area - the phone doesn't have that. If not, see if a new SIM card will fix it, or if your account is provisioned wrong.
