I am Unable to use 3G or 4G services on my TCL 30XL, the network is stuck to "Edge". My preferred network type is set to automatic. I have also tried to use *#*#4636#*#* but the screen doesn't appear. Please I need a solution.

Are you certain that particular model supports your carrier's frequencies? (i.e. If you purchased this phone from a different region, the channels may not be compatible) The SIM information seems to be missing as well, are you sure the card is valid and registered with the carrier correctly? Have you called them to make sure that on their end your device/SIM does have access to their network?

Yes everything is ok. On another phone it's ok. I have tried different SIMs from different carrier but still have the same issue

If you are certain the phone should support the frequencies, and other SIMs exhibit the same issue, it's looking more like a hardware issue.

The next (and almost, unfortunately, final) step would be to run the phone into Safe Mode. With all 3rd party apps blocked from starting up, if the issue persists here, you can rule out any app or non-standard setting from being the problem.

Only other thing I can think of is to make sure whatever carrier you're using has pushed the right APN settings onto your phone (without these, you may only be relegated to basic data access, not high-speed one).

What carrier do you have, and in what region are you located? Perhaps that device does not have the band support for 3G or LTE in your region.

As asked above, what other phones and what carriers?

Not all phones support the same frequencies. Even different models of the same phone may be made for specific regions and not others. Not all carriers use the same frequencies either, which is why we are asking all these additional questions.

Lots of possible variables could be at play.

Your phone number shows unknown in your screenshot, is your sim old ? Sounds like carrier didn't provision it .
