Trio Stealth G4.10 . How to delete dowloaded items?

When turning on tablet, slower because of downloads. Want to delete, but even accessing "Dowloads" icon, no option for deletion.

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are the tablet isn't slowing down due to downloaded files--they just occupy some internal storage, and shouldn't be impacting performance. But to answer your question, long-press the file in the Downloads app, then look for the Delete option.
