My LG Optimus exceed 2 was charging and when it got to 75% it shut off and now is refusing to turn back on. I hooked it up to the PC and it connected but the screen remain blacked out. I tried the down vol and the power key to hard reset it and it still didn't work. Somebody please help me...
Welcome to Android Central! The battery or the motherboard might have failed. Let it charge on a wall outlet overnight undisturbed, then try powering on again in the morning. Press and hold the Power button for at least 15-20 seconds. If nothing happens, you may have to bring it to a repair shop (or contact LG if it's still under warranty).
