My LG G Flex 2's performing quite unusual

[AC Question]

Earlier today I've noticed that my phones' performance has been a bit off. It's acting like its' been on battery saving mode even though it's not. Because whenever I try to rotate my screen,clicking the recent apps button (the square button) and going to my recent apps, the way it responds is very similar to when your battery saving mode is active. It does not have the usual response it's suppose to have, like whenever I rotate my screen now is different, it instantly rotates it without doing the spinning around effect what it usually does.Even when I click to my recent apps it pops up the app instantly without having fade in effect. I know this is not the most noticeable problem to have on a phone, but this is not what I'm used to and even trying to restart my phone wouldn't work. Have I click on something that changed the performance? If so please do tell. I'm looking forward to your suggestions and hopefully some answers.Thanks!

No it's not
