Why is my phone screen messed up and can I fix it

So I've had this phone (LG Optimus L90) for a while and I've dropped it multiple times crushed it slightly and shut it in a car door. But earlier today I dropped it from about five feet onto my tile floor. (September 22nd 2015) The battery came out and everything. But the screen wasn't broken. In the outside. I turned it on and it had these weird vertical lines all over the screen but they went away later. But when I put it to sleep mode and turn it back on again they're back. They disappear again but sometimes my screen spazes out and just looks weird for a while. Now the screen just constantly looks slightly blurry or pixel-y. I want to know what's going on internally and if I can fix this somehow (On a low budget). Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like all of that damage has added up. You'll either have to get the screen fixed (and possibly more, depending on what the technician finds) or get a new phone.
