Why is my Android 1.12.651.3 update not working on my HTC 626s Desire?

I have an HTC 626s Desire and my phone has been telling me to update to 1.12.651.3. Every time I do it, it restarts the phone. However, it always stops in the middle of installing and a red symbol comes up.

I have been having this same issue. my phone is not rooted. I don't even know how to do that
