I have Outlook 2010 on my laptop and that is where all of my contacts are entered from. I have Microsoft exchange through Go Daddy. All my contacts in 2010 on my laptop are there. They have synced on my Samsung 12.2 tablet via Microsoft Exchange Active Sync, therefore, Go Daddy says their said is working fine.
When I go to my Android phone contacts, several previously entered contacts are missing; yet when I copy from Outlook 2010, delete the old contact in Outlook and re-enter the contact, it syncs with my phone...minus the categories that I must re-enter manually. I can't identify the exact quantity but there are possibly 100+ and I can only identify the specific contact missing when I do a search.
It appears both devices are working properly. My big concern is that whatever the fix, I need to keep the categories intact as this is critical to my business.
