Did my Marshmallow Update Fail?

[AC Question]

I received the notice today that the update had downloaded and was ready to be installed. After the phone rebooted and apps were optimized, my version is still 5.1.1.

I rebooted the phone again, but no luck getting an upgrade.

Anyone else experienced this?

I have exact same problem with my Nexus 6. Everything looked like it was upgrading but its still lollipop after reboot.

I had same problem on Nexus 6 (fi). Appeared to update; still says 5.1.1.

See whether a Cache Partition wipe fixes it.

Same here. It asked to restart, when it rebooted nothing. And it says no update available. What happened??

Mine did exactly the same... Still showing 5.1.1, and my wife's phone did the same. Both standard 32gb Nexus 6 with stock android

I had the same problem on my Nexus 6. The update said it was installing, but after rebooting I still have Android 5.1.1 and nothing has changed. The system update screen says no updates are available. I would love to hear suggestions to sort this out.
