ZTE emails and texts not working

I have a Zte phone. I can't seem to send any emails or replies. I keep getting failure to send errors. I also can not seem to get any texts that are sent to me as part of a group. I don't know if I have just incorrect settings or some other problem. Thanks for your help!

Welcome to Android Central! Which ZTE phone, and which carrier? Is your phone bill fully paid? Have you discussed this problem with your carrier?
