Problem accessing my data plan since my moto x updated the system

[AC Question]

Ever since my moto x updated the system three days ago I cannot use my data. The only way I can access the internet is if I have a WiFi connection, Prior to the update, if there was no wifi connection I could just turn it off and use my data plan. Now that doesn't work. It just says I'm offline and need to wait until there is a in range network. I've tried everything except a complete factory restart. Is anyone else having this problem?
