Why does the phone keep going on n off?

[AC Question]

I have s6 edge. I dropped my phone in water last night and it didn't work the front camera was foggy and I tried to dry it off. I left it dry off on the heater and before going to bed I tried to charge it and the screen is coming on but it keeps going off. So I took it off the charger and this morning it is still doing the same. What should I do??? I have put on charge again.
