    I've tried clearing cache, data, removed account, tried updating Google play store, and nothing seems to work, can anyone help I don't want to reset phone to factory mode......

    Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Have you checked to make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your Play Store account?
