Background noise on my S6 edge+

I have a challenge with the background noise when ever I am in a call, I hear everything that is happening on the other end and it makes things difficult even to hear clear what the person is saying. Please assist on the settings of this and how to cancel it so that my conversations can be nice and enjoyable also

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure it's a problem on your end, or on the caller's end? Does this happen with any caller, or just the ones who are using speakerphone, or perhaps low quality headsets that don't have good noise cancelling?
