Problem with earphones

[AC Question]

My s6 was working perfectly fine and then all of a sudden a few weeks ago the right side of my earphones would have static along with music even though the sound played normal through the left side. I thought my earphones were broken so I bought some more and threw the others out . But then two new pairs of earphones did the same thing and the same happens with an aux cord. I tried checking for lint and there was nothing in there, and I reset my phone, and I tried playing around with the left right balance but nothing has worked and I'm trying to find a way to fix it without taking it into the carrier because it is a contract phone and I can't afford to pay to get it fixed. Does anyone know anything else to try to fix it?

There may be a bad connection in there, which would be best fixed by a repairer.
