OK, so today was a bad day for me. I dropped my new S6 face first onto a concrete floor (instantly the sound gave me the shudders haha). The phone still works behind doors but the touchscreen has completely stopped working and gradually is turning more and more purple. Insurance will cover a new so that's not a problem, the problem is I have a pattern password on the phone which obviously means I cant unlock the phone. I plug my phone into PC but it wont let me transfer any files until the phone has been unlocked. My friend told me to try Samsung kies but this still has the same problem. I have treasured photos of my family which idiotically I haven't backed up so any help how to upload these to somewhere would be truelly appreciated!
