How I fix not registered net in my Galaxy GT-19300

I tried GSM otin in network mode it didn't work,also I powered off the mobile and change date to location.PLZ if you have any other best way to solve that, I appriciated

Welcome to Android Central! Can you give more details? Are you having problems accessing mobile data on your phone? Are you sure the APN settings are correct, and are you also sure your phone is compatible with your carrier's network?
