Why won't my Turbo automatically connect to saved WiFi networks?

When arriving home or at work, my phone stays in 4G unless I manually turn on the WIFI. Called Verizon but they were unable to come up with anything, other than to do a factory reset. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you actually turning off the WiFi radio? Unless you leave WiFi on all the time it won't automatically connect when you come in range of a network you have saved.

So, make sure the WiFi network you are wanting to connect is remembered and set to connect automatically.
