Samsung Galaxy s5 cannot receive calls when using wifi

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 from Sprint. Whenever I use a wifi I do not receive calls to the phone, instead they go straight to the voicemail. The other issue is that I cannot do wifi calling of the phone. Is there a problem with the phone software or what?
