I applied the parent pin but it shows wrong pin.There is an option at the bottom -Retrieve pin.I clicked the retrieve pin and got email showing my parent pin which was the same I was using and when I again used that pin it does not open and shows wrong pin.
I restarted the tablet after power off but pin does not work.I cannot take out the battery of the set as this model is totally sealed and battery can not be taken out.
I have read in your site that even if we try to reset the tablet on factory settings even then it may again go to kids mode and all the games and data will also be deleted.
Please guide me as to what should I do.
