Can. I delete dianxin folder in my android

I have internal memory 8 GB and no apps installed in my Motorola E second gen. But it shows that storage space is running out . when I see my storage I have dianxin folder which is using 2.84 GB.. Can I delete that folder?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you buy the phone brand new, or used? DianXin OS is some kind of custom ROM, as described here: DianXin OS; A Unique Android-Based Chinese OS. So I wonder if the previous owner of the phone rooted it at some point and tried out this ROM.

Another possibility, of course, is that this is malware. There is a dianxin trojan described for Windows, but I haven't found anything about it on Android. https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=147023.0
