Can I switch my android game app user id to an iOS app id and keep my stats and scores?

I have a game (Empires and allies) set up on my android phone and I want to move it over to my new iPad. Is it possible to keep my game stats and scores? Obviously, I have to use a new email address for the account; can I reset my original email on the android app to effect the change?

Your Apple and Google accounts can use the same email address and password, if that's what you're asking.
