should i buy a refurbished product selling at 17000, originally priced at 40000

A few things I would be concerned about....

1) Who did the refurbishment and is it warranted.
2) 16GB of memory.

If you purchase this, can you return it? Is it warranted by the seller and will Samsung also honor the warranty? The fact that it has only 16GB or memory should be a huge factor given you won't be able to move apps to the SD card. Will 16GB of memory be enough for you? Truth be told, it's not much considering the OS, updates, installed apps, and bloatware taking up a lot of room, not to mention all the app data and cache. Most people find 16GB too small.

Personally, I wouldn't buy anything below 32GB, and it also has to be expandable with an SD card (for photo, movies, music, etc), but that's just me.
