    Hi guys!

    After a recent software update by Verizon, my phone has had none stop freezing/stuttering. For example, when I listen to audio, my phone is suddenly freezes for 2-5 seconds. Same thing when I try to sign in or use any app, sometimes it just freezes for a couple seconds.

    #2 Opening my play store just gives me a blank white page. I have tried to clear cache/data and force stop, but it still just gives me a blank page.

    What can i do? Do i need to factory reset it, go to a repair store?

    I have the exact same problem, not able to download new apps or anything & the phone itself has started running slow! must be an update thats caused it 👎

    Hiya!

    Please try entering recovery and doing a wipe of the Cache Partition. We've seen this over and over since the update, and sometimes a cache wipe solves the issues. Let us know.

    You can google, "how to wipe cache partition on a (enter your phone here)" It will not delete anything but cached files, no important data or personal data will be touched.
