How to watch what I'm streaming on my Android, on my PC Windows 10?

So just yesterday I found an app called AllCast for my Android device. I Then installed the AllCast Chrome extension and was able to watch what I was streaming on my Android using an app called Portal TV on my Windows 10 Laptop. After an update it stopped recognizing the connection. I made sure to allow the connection in my firewall so that's not the issue. Regardless I've made many attempts to fix the issue but unsuccessfully. I'm ready to move on to an alternative. I would appreciate some input on either a fix or an alternative. Note that I am avoiding running Bluestacks to run the actual Android Portal TV app cause they are usually buggy and this is an area where I prefer not to deal with bugs. Thanks in advance.

What updated... your phone, your app, your Chrome extension, your laptop program? Can you uninstall the update?

Can you just not stream Netflix from your PC?
