I accidentally factory reset my cell phone. Is there a way to replace it.

Well I accidentally reset my cell phone and now it won't work because it here it is not only my data which I'm not worried about and my apps and erased also some of the credentials software and other stuff that you guys ad on there to make certain things work that we cannot download Google Play is there a way to replace that or do I have to buy a whole new phone
